Análisis Descriptivo: utiliza datos de organizaciones internas y externas orientadas al pasado, de cierto modo nos ayuda hacer comparaciones, ejemplos en recursos humanos: número de colaboradores, tasa de contrataciones, porcentaje de colaboradores a tiempo completo o parcial, los datos se usan de forma muy limitada en recursos humanos.
Análisis Prescriptivo: Nos ayuda a identificar acciones específicas para conseguir metas, tomar decisiones estratégicas y prever consecuencias que puedan ocurrir en la organización.
Ejemplos: contratación y gestión del talento humano, gestión de nómina.
Recuerda que antes de cualquier análisis, primero van las personas.
